01 Problem

Sellers create COD orders every day, one at a time or in bulk, often with several products and shipping options per order. The old Create Order flow made those choices harder than they needed to be.

02 Approach

UX audits and feedback loops with sellers, then requirements with product managers and engineers. I redesigned the flow end to end for single and bulk orders, so products and couriers are easy to pick and compare.

03 Result
